  • All orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) due to manufacturing your product on demand.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (EU): [3–7 business days]

    • International: [7–21 business days] (varies by destination)

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).

  • We ship to select international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


6. Missing or Delayed Packages

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
