5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Personalized or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

6. Warranty

Maison Corbelli offers a 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, discoloration, fading colour or accidental damage are not covered.
